The Caribbean Film Networking & Arts Night: A Celebration of Queer Caribbean Voices

The Caribbean Film Networking & Arts Night aims to address the underrepresentation of Caribbean narratives, especially those centered on LGBTQ+ experiences, in film and media.

The event is the brainchild of a talented team of producers, each with a unique perspective and skillset.

Danielle Fuller, a filmmaker based in both Kingston, Jamaica, and New York, brings her expertise in bridging gaps in Black & West Indian storytelling.

Denyvi Rose, a filmmaker and NYU graduate, has extensive festival experience and works closely with an Academy Award-nominated director.

Matthew Noel, founder of Sol Media, brings his video production and digital marketing expertise to the event.

The Caribbean Film Networking & Arts Night is an experience that will leave you inspired and connected, featuring an artist exhibition and special guest performance.

Corrine Jasmin, a talented artist, will be featured in the exhibition, showcasing her work to the community.

The event will include a short film teaser screening of Farrin, which is pushing the boundaries of storytelling.

The creators behind the event are passionate about showcasing authentic storytelling that challenges norms and expands representation.

The Caribbean Film Networking & Arts Night is happening on April 30, 2025, at 8:30 PM at HAAM Restaurant in Brooklyn, NY.
